I had my light delivered with one pendant glass broken. They got me a replacement within a week, the replacement also had one glass pendant cracked. That was immediately replaced. The process was frustrating, but Hans was super helpful, friendly and assuring. The only downside is the phone number listed on the website does not go through, luckily it was quick drive to the shop for me, I imagine it would be upsetting for someone who is not close by. That needs to be improved. Because even driving there for info I could’ve gotten over the phone or by email was tedious.
