The US3000C is a 48V low voltage HESS solar battery system provided by Pylontech, developed with their own lithium iron phosphate cell to ensure the highest safety value and most promising life cycle. A self designed BMS protects the cell from abnormal temperature, current, voltage, SoC and SoH.

  • Parallel capability of up to 16 units.
  • Intelligent BMS protecting battery cells.

  • Comes with 7-year standard warranty which is extendable to 10-years upon registration.
  • Installation flexibility (Rack mount or Wall-mount).

You can register the Pylon US3000C for an additional 3 years of manufacturer warranty for free. Go to http://www.pylontech.com.cn/service/support and complete the information in the ‘sign up battery’ page.

The US3000C can be used to expand an existing US3000 bank. Please note, the US3000C needs to be used as the master battery when used to expand an existing US3000 bank.

SA ONLY: Please note US2000C and US3000C batteries require different pin out on the communication cable when used with Solis RHI Hybrid inverters. Standard cable used with US2000B and US3000 will not work. Please make sure the correct cable is being used.

Important

DIP switch has been deployed reversely. ON is down, OFF is UP. If DIP switches need to be 1000 then set it to 1110. MAX DISCHARGE AND CHARGE RATE IS ONLY APPLICABLE FOR +- 60 SECONDS. The maximum allowed voltage is 53.5V, please ensure that you check the inverter settings are below this BEFORE plugging in the UTILITY/SOLAR to the inverter. Please ensure that you have the correct BMS cable for the correct inverter. Due to the ongoing effect of Covid-19 and the worldwide chip shortage, certain suppliers had to resort to alternative component suppliers. This has affected the compatibility of specific inverter and battery combinations. Please see the Application Note New Pylontech firmware or Application Note Kodak user settings for more info.
